Description
Each Tablet Contains: 68 mcg Ivermectin and 57 mg Pyrantel.
Dosage:
Dogs up to 25 pounds: 1 Tablet per Month.
Dogs from 26-50 Pounds: 2 Tablets per Month.
Dogs from 51-100 pounds: 3 Tablets per month.
Remove only one Tablet at a time from the Vial. Return the remaining Tablets to their Vial to protect the product from light. Because most dogs find HEARTWORM Plus (ivermectin/pyrantel) palatable, the product can be offered to the dog by hand. Alternatively, it may be added intact to a small amount of dog food. The Tablet should be administered in a manner that encourages the dog to chew, rather than to swallow without chewing. Tablets may be broken into pieces and fed to dogs that normally swallow treats whole. Care should be taken that the dog consumes the complete dose and treated animals should be observed for a few minutes after administration to ensure that part of the dose is not lost or rejected. If it is suspected that any of the dose has been lost, redosing is recommended.

Directions:
Before starting this preventive program, get your dog tested for heartworm infection.
For dogs tested with no heartworm infection, monthly administering is recommended. Give the tablets every month on the same date to prevent heartworm infection.
By chance if you miss giving a dose and 30 days have passed by since the last dosage, immediately administer the tablet and resume the monthly treatment schedule.
Continuous treatment for 12 months is a must.
The palatable tablet can be broken into pieces for ease of swallowing.
Remove tablets only when needed and protect the packet from sunlight.
While administering, avoid contact with eyes.

Caution:
Collies, including Border Collies, and other breeds have genetic intolerance to Ivermectin. Those pet parents with Collies and other susceptible breeds should consult a Veterinarian before administering any treatment containing Ivermectin.
Storage Instructions:
Store between 68 F – 77 F (20 C – 25 C). Excursions between 59 F – 86 F (15 C – 30 C) are permitted. Protect product from light.
